Melbourne Laser and Aesthetic Services offer a convenient method of ordering Jan Marini Skin Research™ products and Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup online. Melbourne Laser and Aesthetic Services always recommend a consultation with our skin care specialists to ensure the right products for your skin. Shipping and Returns
Melbourne Laser and Aesthetic Services is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received to Melbourne Laser and Aesthetic Services. If the requested goods are unavailable at the time of purchase, Melbourne Laser and Aesthetic Services may cancel the transaction and instate a full refund to the customer.

Refund Policy
Any faulty or damaged stocks received within 7 days will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of Melbourne Laser and Aesthetic Services will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or the customer may request a full refund of the initial charge.  Any products ordered incorrectly by the customer can be refunded if returned within 7 days of dispatch and are unopened on return. A receipt with proof of purchase must be included with the item. Postage costs will also be incurred by the customer.
